How to Connect MetaMask to TELOS Network
To begin using MetaMask, the first step is to install the extension. This is done by searching for MetaMask on the Chrome store and adding it to your browser. If you require help during the installation process, official MetaMask documentation provides tutorials to guide you. Once the extension is installed, you can create an account. It’s crucial to keep your mnemonic/secret-phrase secure.
Step 1: Navigate to app.RocketX.exchange
Click on the ‘Connect Wallet‘ button. In the pop-up screen, select Telos Network.
Step 2: Approve RocketX to add Telos Network to MetaMask
In the MetaMask pop-up screen, click on the “Approve” button so that the Telos Network could be added to your MetaMask wallet.
Step 3: Allow RocketX to switch from the current network to Telos Network
In the MetaMask pop-up screen, allow RocketX to switch from your current network to Telos Chain. Click on the ”Switch network” button.
Step 4: Telos Network connected
Once connected to the respective chain, you will see the Telos Network logo on the RocketX app.
Adding Telos to MetaMask – Manually
To add Telos chain into your MetaMask wallet, you will require the network’s information like the RPC URL and Chain ID. This information can be obtained from various sources, however, it is recommended to obtain them from the official documentation of the chain. Additionally, for convenience, the information is provided as follows:
